You will be welcomed into the winery and accompanied on a tour of the vineyards surrounding the estate.You will discover how we care for our vines and our land: our organic production philosophy.We will move among the barrels, where we will illustrate each stage of the winemaking process: here our wines come to life, develop structure, mature, and refine.After the winery tour, you will move to the tasting room, where you can savor five of our wines paired with traditional dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere.During the tasting, all the characteristics and unique features of each wine will be explained.Sarete accolti in cantina ed accompagnati a visitare i vigneti circostanti l’azienda. Scoprirete come ci prendiamo cura delle nostre viti e della nostra terra: la nostra filosofia di produzione biologica. Ci si sposterà tra le botti dove illustreremo ogni fase del processo di vinificazione: qui i nostri vini prendono vita, si strutturano, maturano e affinano. Al termine della visita alla cantina ci si sposterà nella sala degustazione dove potrete assaporare cinque vini di nostra produzione abbinati a piatti tipici della tradizione in un ambiente familiare. Durante la degustazione, saranno illustrate tutte le caratteristiche e le particolarità di ogni vino.
