Have you ever dreamed of escaping your daily routine and fully immersing yourself in the wild? Dining under a starry sky by spectacular waterfalls and spending the night in an authentic forest bivouac?Then our bushcraft experience in Cerveteri is perfect for you! Led by expert instructors, you will not only discover the secrets of living fully in nature, but also experience bushcraft cooking and spend an unforgettable night in wooden shelters, surrounded by trees and the peaceful sounds of the forest.Get ready to live a unique adventure just a few kilometers from Rome, in a truly magical natural setting.What we’ll doWe will meet at the Cerveteri bushcraft camp at 9:00 AM. The first year-round camp in Italy, located in a breathtaking natural setting, also offering the chance to explore the beautiful Cerveteri Waterfalls.Upon arrival, we’ll start with an introductory briefing to get you immediately into the adventure spirit. During the two-day experience, you will learn the key bushcraft skills to thrive in the wild:- Handling essential tools such as knives and axes- Identifying medicinal herbs and edible plants- Starting and managing fires for warmth and cooking- Building safe and comfortable shelters with natural materials- Navigating and orienting with a compass- There will also be forest orientation hikes and practical sessions to sharpen your survival skills. You will enjoy three bushcraft-style meals (lunch, dinner, and breakfast), all prepared on-site using the “dutch oven.”For the night, you will stay in an authentic bushcraft bivouac, illuminated by oil lanterns. The wooden shelters, already built, provide a genuine and comfortable nature experience: one has a small stove, while the others are warmed by an outdoor fire. There are four structures available: one for 4 people and three for 2 people each. During summer, you may also choose to sleep under the stars.The following morning, after a hearty breakfast, we will continue with more bushcraft activities until the experience concludes around 2:00 PM.Who it’s forThe activity is suitable for everyone aged 6 and up. Minors not accompanied by an adult must have a signed parental authorization.Additional InformationThe experience is available year-round and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants. Part of the road to the meeting point is uneven: please proceed with caution.Lunch, dinner, and breakfast are included.
