Starting from the medieval Castello-Ricetto of Ghemme—a 15th-century fortified refuge—you will follow ancient cobblestone mule tracks and dirt roads that have connected these wine villages for generations.Along the way, keep an eye out for the traditional 'maggiorina' vine-training system, a unique piece of agricultural heritage still visible in some historical plots. The route offers a peaceful escape, crossing between the Sesia and Agogna rivers, where you might spot local wildlife in the quiet oak forests.A Taste of TraditionThe journey is not complete without a stop at a local cellar.
