From feeling the dough change texture in your hands to choosing the sweetest tomatoes and the finest local olive oil, you'll learn the rituals that make this dish legendary.Stories and sunsets: While our dough rises, I'll share the hidden history and curious anecdotes of Bari's street food culture. Weather permitting, we'll move to my magnificent private terrace to breathe in the Mediterranean breeze.The Apulian celebration: we don't just cook; we celebrate. Once your masterpiece is baked, you'll enjoy it hot, accompanied by a carefully selected selection of artisanal cured meats, fresh local cheeses (dairy), and my family's pickled vegetables.A sweet grand finale: to round things off, you'll learn (and devour) the famous "Sporcamuss," soft, warm puff pastry puffs filled with velvety custard.
