A journey through Salento’s flavors and traditions.In this hands-on workshop, you won’t just watch—you’ll become a pastry chef for the day. Together, we will:Prepare the dough: Learn the secrets of the perfect frolla (shortcrust pastry).Make the fillings: Whip up the silky lemon custard for the Pasticciotto and the rich almond paste and jam for the Fruttone.Bake and Taste: We’ll put our creations in the oven and wait for that unmistakable golden aroma to fill the air.While our treats bake, you’ll enjoy a full traditional breakfast featuring local delicacies and farm-fresh products.
